Here's a little bit about Jizela:​
Hello, my name is Jizela Mendoza and I live in Atlanta, GA. I’m currently enrolled at Kennesaw State University completing my Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education and have spent the last two years in many classrooms helping learners from all different backgrounds find success in their education. For fun, I enjoy going for long walks on the Beltline with my fiance, visiting friends, and listening to books while I cook or bake. When I get the chance to visit my family in South Florida, I spend all day at the beach. I am so excited to be teaching at TASK because their philosophy and student-centered approach aligns with my pedagogy. I am passionate about educating children and giving them the drive and determination to be successful.
